The UCSB Actuarial Association is proud to present the 2021 Actuarial Career Fair!
The Actuarial Association of UCSB and the Department of Statistics and Applied Probability are proud to present the Virtual Career Season to be held between September and November.
Major insurance companies and consulting firms will be represented throughout the event period. Students will have the opportunity to network with practicing actuaries, obtain information, and submit resumes for summer internships and full-time positions.

Events of some recruiters may involve online reservations of individual/small group activities. Please pay close attention to published event information and sign up accordingly.
Resume Submission
Members of the association can submit their resume to our Resume Booklet that will be distributed to all participating employers.
The resume submission must meet the following guidelines to be accepted into the booklet:
– Submit resume in PDF format
– Name the file “Lastname_Firstname_resume.pdf”
– One page resume only
– Submission deadline: Sun Oct 3rd, 5 PM
Special Note: per request of Pacific Life, only resumes submitted prior to Wed Sep 29th, 9 PM will be delivered to their recruiters.
Dress Code: Business formal
Even though all events will be held virtually, we still recommend you dress up for any chance you will be opening your camera and facing the recruiters. Standard business attire is recommended, which means a suit and tie for men and comparable attire for women.
